Member of House of Lords threatens mob rule, bullies his own way

Lord Ahmed appears to have won a bully boy victory for mob rule in causing the cancellation of a showing of Fitna in a room in the House of Lords.

He is demonstrating how Islam rules. For there are no howls of protest from the Muslims, just praise.

How typical.

How typical of the Muslims to threaten violence to get their own way. How typical of the House of Lords authorities to cave in. How typical of the mainstream media to treat it as a non-story.

This is NOT the rule of law, but of temporary expediency. As Chamberlain proved beyond any doubt, appeasing bullies only makes the task harder, it never resolves the issue.

This isn't a problem, its part of the solution; the FINAL SOLUTION!

The EU Government's little list of criminals

Criminalise all the citizens, then the State has Power over all the citizens. That's what Stalin did, that's what Hitler did, and Mao, and PolPot, and Mugabe, and now the EU.

Our UK provincial government will obviously be only too pleased to contribute the entire content of its current databases to the national, EU, criminal database. Yes, this database is criminal but not in the sense they are using it!

For a brief summary see Raedwald, and rejoice. There is information that the UK provincial government doesn't appear to collect yet. Have you had a hunting or fishing licence withdrawn? Here comes another great big database from the Database State. Only so that they can give it away!

_____________________________

By the way, have you written to your MP yet to protest about the proposals to abolish provincial government confidentiality? Hidden in the new Coroners and Justice Bill is one clause (cl.152) amending the Data Protection Act. It would allow ministers to make 'Information Sharing Orders', that can alter any Act of Parliament and cancel all rules of confidentiality in order to allow information obtained for one purpose to be used for another. Of course these Information Sharing Orders will be applied retrospectively. So you now cannot believe any assurance of privacy or confidentiality by Ministers or Civil Servants, not that you would after the number of times they gave the information away recently! The full gory story gathered by No2ID can be found here. You might want to Write to Them about it. But be quick, what passes for debate in Parliament will be this week.

Yokel gets excited about this type of infringement because abuse of census data about religious affiliation told Hitler where to look for the Jews so that he could exterminate them.

Yokel begins to wonder whether he should plan to commit a smallish crime now, and refuse to provide full complete or accurate answers to the forthcoming census (no he isn't Jewish, but then he isn't Muslim either), and accept a smallish going over by the State, or provide the truth so that he can be got by the thugs who are to follow. Decisions, decisions!

This isn't a problem, its part of the solution; the FINAL SOLUTION!

This is REALLY BAD news

Dutch MP Geert Wilders is to be prosecuted for "hate speech", for his short illustration of the practical outworking of the Koran.

Of course the "powers that be" must be even handed in this matter, so it is very likely that another Dutch MP, Harry van Bommel, will not be prosecuted for calling for an Intifada against Israel, and for leading a demonstration by immigrants to Holland who were chanting (in Dutch) "Hamas, Hamas, all Jews to the gas". See the video evidence on that link.

Our leaders seem to be following the 1920s/1930s script all over again. First there is the regulatory negligence that has led to the financial meltdown (and it will be at least as bad as the 1930s in Yokel's reading), now there is the unleashing of gangs to intimidate the general populace into seeing the situation their way.

Just be sure which side you are on. One side leads to eternal damnation. You surely don't want to go there, do you?

This is not a problem, it is part of the solution; the FINAL SOLUTION.

ACPO's Equality Standards?

So here we see in Pravda that there is an ACPO that "states that no member of the police service may be a member of an organisation whose constitution, aims or objectives contradict the general duty to promote equality. It specifically mentions the BNP as one such organisation."

Yokel wonders if other organisations that have trouble with equality of all before the law should be similarly listed? [At this point Yokel got fed up adding links to examples of complete intolerance by the perpetually offended. Please do your own Google search for some more examples. Or you could just look at The Religion of Peace site for plenty of examples.]

Can you see why not?

And you thought that MPs had promised to clean up their act?

They think we are gullible. No, very gullible.

Now the news is elsewhere (like the Heathrow furore) MPs are giving themselves their unaccountable gravy train back. Without a "Please", or a "By your leave".

Is it any wonder that the Ministry of Truth was doing a puff piece for the forthcoming production of Oliver in yesterday's news "You've got to pick a pocket or two!" Well, that is what the MPs are doing! Your pocket, my pocket!

The Greek has a word or two to say.

We'd better kick them out next time. It might be too late even now!

"Captain Patrick Dalroy - come on down"

Starting with a piece in Gates of Vienna, and following the links including back to the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten (Danish, Google English, InterTrans English), Yokel has just been introduced to GK Chesterton's novel "The Flying Inn". It is out of copyright, and can be found in html format here, and in text format here, and here there are many formats to choose from. It looks like it will be a rollicking good read. It is clear that we need Captain Dalroy now!

After 15 March (what a date!), it might be as well to download it all in one go, though. You probably do not wish to draw iPlod's attention to the number of times you go back and read a bit, now do you?

Immunity

Yokel was getting worried that he was acquiring an immunity to the problems around him, what with the wilful and wanton destruction of the UK as we knew it until a decade ago.

For there is so much to argue against. But there is so little time. After Yokel has attended to the needs of his customers (so that they might pay their bills, so that Yokel can pay his), and to his family, and then caught up on the (bad) news of the day, after all that there is little time to write an erudite thesis on anything. Yokel knows that some who publish long articles every do do it almost as a full time job. Dear reader, Yokel wishes he could devote that much time to the things that are going badly wrong with this country. But alas, Yokel has the usual suspects forever snapping at his ankles wanting their slice of Yokel's cake. So working for money is an essential. Roll on pension age. Yeah OK - What pension? There won't be any left in the kitty by the time Yokel gets to queue up at the Poor Law Office, and any savings will have been stolen by hyperinflation long before.

Then Raedwald wrote something about Indignation Fatigue. So maybe Yokel is not on his own. Maybe you are not on your own, either.

But what can we do about it, other than moan?
